SPL-App is a comprehensive solution developed to transform the manual "Surat Perintah Lembur" (Overtime Command Letter) process into a streamlined digital workflow. Built for PT Tunas Esta Indonesia, the application focuses on improving operational efficiency, transparency, and data integrity in managing employee overtime.
  • Digital SPL Management: Complete digitization of overtime requests, eliminating paper-based workflows and reducing administrative overhead.
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Secure access levels for various roles including Admin, Supervisor, Production Overseer, and Employee.
  • Smart Auto-Assignment: An intelligent logic system that automatically assigns the correct supervisor for approvals based on business rules.
  • Real-time Notifications: Integrated tracking system to ensure all stakeholders are immediately informed of overtime commands and status changes.
  • Centralized User Management: Robust management of user credentials and roles to ensure company data security.
  • Next.js (App Router): For a high-performance, SEO-friendly, and modern web architecture.
  • TypeScript: Ensuring code reliability and maintainability through strong typing.

One of the primary challenges was designing the automated supervisor assignment logic to match complex real-world organizational structures. Additionally, implementing strict RBAC ensured that the digital transition maintained the necessary levels of authorization and accountability. The implementation of SPL-App has significantly accelerated the overtime approval cycle and provided the company with accurate, real-time data for payroll and productivity analysis. It serves as a testament to the power of modern full-stack technologies in solving real-world enterprise problems.
